Eystein Meyer is Assistant Professor Military Strategy and Joint Operations at NDUC/Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College.

Meyer went to Joint Services Command and Staff College (UK) and holds a MA from Kings College London. He is educated from The Royal Norwegian Naval Academy.

Meyer has a long experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces with amphibious operations as area of expertise, Netherlands Maritime Forces, NATO JHQ,  and from NDUC.

Meyer served in Afghanistan.
