(b. 1992) Tobias has a BA in European studies and political science (2015) as well as history (2017) from the University of Oslo. While studying in Oslo, he edited the student magazine Zoon Politikon (2013-14). In 2014, he spent one semester as an exchange student at the Ludwig Maximillian University of Munich. Tobias has also been an intern at the Norwegian Embassy in Berlin (autumn 2015). Currently, he is finishing his MA at the Global History program at the Free University and Humboldt University of Berlin. His MA thesis relates to the development of ideologies transnationally (conservatism, liberalism and socialism) at the turn of the 19th century, illustrated with a case study of perception of the Russo-Japanese War in in the European press.
