(b. 1977) Aannø is Senior Lecturer at the Norwegian Defense University College (NDUC). Aannø holds a master’s degree in military studies from NDUC and a bachelor’s degree in air power from the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy. Aannø’s main fields of interest is military power, cyber power, technology, and innovation.
