Ingeborg Nortvedt Bjur

(b. 1989) Ingeborg Bjur is a PhD-candidate at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies (IFS) and the University of Oslo.

Bjur holds an MA in history from the University of Oslo (2017) and was MA scholarship holder at IFS in 2016. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education, University of Oslo (2017), and a BA in journalism from Oslo and Akershus University College (2010).

From 2017 to 2020, Bjur was part of the IFS research programme Security in Northern Europe (SNE).
