Markus Brustad
Captain Brustad is a teacher of military geomatics at the Section for Engineering and Technology at the NDUC/Norwegain Military Academy, where he teaches and researches the field of military geomatics. Brustad specialized in the military applications for geomatics, remote sensing and geographical analysis. His special interest is in visualizing geographical data in new creative ways.
Brustad has his bachelors-degree and military officer training from the Norwegian Military Academy and is currently completing his master’s degree in Technology Management and Digital Transformation from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Brustad has several years of operational experience as a military geospatial analyst working in the Norwegian Armed Forces in support of different units. Brustad has participated in different international exercises and operations, supporting military units.
