Lene Ekhaugen

​​​​Cand. polit. (2015) and PhD (2021) in political science from the University of Oslo. Research fellow at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies since 2006. Head of Centre for Civil-Military Relations from 2012 to 2015. Visiting student researcher at the Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research (SCANCOR), Stanford University, fall quarter 2016. PhD project on coordination of national contributions to international operations. Ekhaugen is currently working on a project on solider, veteran and family support and care before, during and after deployment to international operations.
