Rønnaug Eli Holmøy

The academic rank as Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor from 2014, Cand. Paed from the University of Oslo, 1996. Holmøy has been working on professional development related to Education and Leadership and Women, Peace and Security for two decades at the Norwegian Military Academy. In 2009 she was guest researcher at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NAPE). She has ongoing collaboration with academic staff at the Department of Education, University of Oslo and is a regular supervisor for masterstudents in practice.

Holmøy is currently responsible for Educational Leadership at NDUC, The Norwegian Military Academy, in addition the Bachelor theses program and the students NATO-related study trips to Brussels. From 2018-2022 she is connected to the international research network Effectiveness of Pace Operations Network (EPON).
