Cecilie Lilleaas

(b. 1991) Cecilie Lilleaas has an M.Phil. in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Oslo (2021), and was formerly on a master’s scholarship at IFS and Oslo Nuclear Project.

Her thesis was on nuclear deterrence, crisis stability, and the risk of inadvertent escalation on the Korean peninsula.
