Muhamed Tiro (b. 1996) is a master researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies, and a master’s student of History at the University of Oslo. Tiro is currently writing his master’s thesis on Britain’s foreign policy and the dissolution of Yugoslavia in the early 1990s.
Tiro earned his BA in History from the University of Stavanger and BA in Philosophy from the University of Oslo. During 2022–23, he worked as an intern at the Norwegian Ministry of Defence in the Department of Security Policy and Operations.
