7 March: Evenes air station: F-35, P-8 and Air Defence Battalion
During Nordic Response, Norwegian F-35, P-8 and US F-35s will operate from Evenes air station.
During Nordic Response, there will be high activity from Evenes air station. The Royal Norwegian Air Force will operate the stealth multirole combat aircraft F-35, along with the new P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft. The US Air Force will also be operating F-35s from Evenes Air Station. The Air Defence Battalion Evenes will also play a huge role during the exercise.
Media representatives are invited to Evenes air station to witness the high activity during the exercise. The participating units, including Norwegian F-35, Norwegian P-8, US F-35 and the Air Defence Battalion will display their capabilities.

- Please note: International media (and non-Norwegian citizens) who want to visit a Norwegian Armed Forces base or facility, must fill in a "Request For Visit" document (download here). Fill in the form and e-mail it to stonningolsen@mil.no. Also send a scan of your passport. Deadline 29 February.

Photography is forbidden at Evenes air station, and media will be notified when you are allowed to take photographs.
The programme is tentative. There may be changes to the programme due to weather and other operational activity.
